Kühling's TommyC Misumi X-Ends 8mm Edition

This is the outstanding X-ends from Jonas Kuehling modified by TommyC to be with Misumi leadscrews and nuts, and then modified by me to be for LM8UU and 8mm leadscrews from Misumi (MTSNR8).

I also adjusted the LM8UU holders 4 mm thick so they are stronger.

Print at 80% infill for a SUPER rigid x-end that won't flex when you tighten the belt. w00t.
