Sprouting Lid Mason Canning Jar - Wide

UPDATE 8-21-17: I added extra small hole lid. This should prevent tiny seeds such as alfalfa seeds from falling out on the first 3 rinses.

These mason jar lids are for sprouting and/or removing hulls.

Instructions:
1. Add ~1/2 tsp - 1 tsp of alfalfa seeds
2. Soak the seeds for ~8 hours
3. Drain
4. Rinse 2-4 times a day and let it sit with the lid side down.
5. Increment to larger holes to remove bad seeds and old hulls
6. Enjoy after 5-7 days
