Dog Poop Bag Holder for smaller leash

I remixed this from the files provided in the comments for https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2317291 designed by teamxeri.

This was modified to fit a 15mm wide lead/leash instead of the 25mm wide original version.

Additionally, I changed threading to provide a smooth screw-on lead, with additional detents on the lid to make it easier to grip; as well as rounding edges around the dogbone slot to reduce friction on the bags and softened edges all around.
