some/my CR-10 comes with wrong spoolholder pipe ( only 2 instead of 3 nuts and to short thread )

this is a simple solution to get it work. by using the washer_spoolholder.stl you can fix the pipe with only one nut. optional the cone and spacer can help to fix differend spool diamter/with
