I used this jig to add shelf support pin holes to some built in shelving. I designed it to evenly space 2 pin holes on some built in shelving. The shelf board pictures is 5.5 inches. The printed part is just over 5 inches long (130mm). Center of the first hole is 20mm from the edge and center of the second hole is 120mm from the edge. The holes are 6mm (standard pegs are 5mm). They're slightly oversized to account for printer inaccuracies.
