It´s an adapter C/Y mount to Sony e-mount cameras with 1/4" screw thread for camera tripod. For me it works perfekt. i used some superglue to make the surface of the connection smooth and adjust the pressure of the C/Y mount.

The e-mount is from: https://grabcad.com/library/nikon-f-mount-to-sony-e-mount-lens-adapter-1 I modifyed it a bit to fit better.
