Ultimaker2 Clone Gantry Z Axis Top Remix

This remix allows for easier assembly and tolerance of long Z axis rods. The rods I got from the Chinese supplier were consistently long by a few mm. I ground down the small diameter rods, but decided for the 12mm rods to modify the Z axis top so that you can slide the rods in after the axis top is in attached to the frame. This design also makes it easier to ream the 12mm holes because the holes go all the way through.

The locking screws are M3 x 8 button head.
