RPI2 minimal case - top plate remix

This is the remix of top cover of the case designed by SFLabs. I didn't want fixing camera module on it, moreover my RPI2 board has a heatsink so that I modified the STL file to fulfill the camera mount and cut a hole for the heatsink.
My heatsink was about 20x20mm.
