Parametric belt clamp based on [neurofun's belt clamp](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:21731).
Removed dependencies on Prusa `configuration.scad` and `metric.scad` etc.
Downloadable `belt-clamp_GT2_11.8mm_hole_spacing.amf` is for this [Prusa Mendel Y carriage](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:12979) (which only had built in belt clamp teeth for T5 belts).
