Abec 11 Flywheels Speed Hack For Boosted Board V2 with no middle ring

This is a remix of the gear from [eboardhacks](https://eboardhacks.com/products/abec-11-flywheels-speed-hack-for-boosted-board-v2) with no middle ring so you can install the small bearings on both sides of the wheel, in addition to the large bearing inside the printed gear.

This reduces the load on the printed gear and also allows the wheel to spin smoothly even if there are small imperfections in the gear.
