Adjusted "frontmnt"

Made the inner diameter on the original "frontmnt" file 15% smaller because the original size had a real tendency to disengage at tighter diaphragm settings. Now it works like a charm. Did NOT need to go that small, about 5% would have done the trick I think, but for my uses; 15% was golden.
