Extruder hanger for 4.1 mm frame

This is second version of the remixed nice Bowden extruder hanger for 8mm frame by Wast3D, which I completly reworked from scratch to fit my 4.1 aluminium dibond frame from Latvia, bought on Ebay and for standard Nema 17 motors. Also I reworked cable hanger, this version is more robust.
