FIlter Holder for Tamron Lenses

A welding plate holder remix for Tamron lenses. Also used the base of this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:209149

Made a new ring that will lock onto a Tamron lens. Also changed the diameter of the plate holder to accommodate the new ring.

I have also added a tab to one of the filter plate files, to prevent glass slippage. I have not tested this in real life yet.
