Maker Select Plus Pi Cam Mount Thick Y Plate

Remixed from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2200695. Modified it to fit the reprap Y-carriage plate upgrade (3mm plate thickness). Works great and does not wiggle lose during prints. Also added a version to extend the camera mount up 15mm for a better view of taller prints.
