fpv 10 turn helical antenna for 5.8ghz

the grove is for a 1mm wire.
there's a cavity in the middle for a M3 nylon nut. pause the print when there's enough space for the nut. height of the cavity is 12mm high, so no need to hurry. in makerware i added a tall enough object far away from the antenna, so i can pause the print when the extruder is far away
