This y-endstop is attached to the rear (or front) threaded rods of a Mendel type printer, e.g. by inserting its base between a vertex or rod clamp and its corresponding screw net.
The endstop consists of a fixed base and a sliding arm onto which the endstop switch is mounted. The length of the slide and the position (horizontal/vertical) of the switch are configurable.
The endstop can be mounted without disassembling the rods. It is stuck onto the lower threaded rod and then rotated
