Another 25 pin D sub connector. used to get around another 15pin D sub Below this one.
Outlet tube is also larger, to make feeding 3 Cat6 cables through.
I also created an optional divider to install, which helps raise the wires up from the plug. keeping them straighter.
(NOTE: I found it necessary to use heat shrink on solder joints, due to the nature of the angle)
Print Case base side down. ( I used 25% infill with 3 top, bottom & perimeter layers.)
Print lid Small end down. ( I used 25% infill with 3 top, bottom & perimeter layers.)
Print divider flat. ( 100% infill, incase you need to cut it to suit)
case fixing holes a modelled threaded M3, so I ended up printing this at 0.1 layer height, so the threads were usable. ( you could probably use small self tappers too)
2 off M3x3 at front
2 off M3x10 on top
However, lid is such a good fit on these, that it snaps in place.
Again, I am still learning Fusion360. So any CONSTRUCTIVE feedback is welcome.
