Power supply cover and power button housing for MakerFarm Prusa i3

I made these to fit my specific power supply (12v 360watt generic) to my Makerfarm Prusa i3. The power plug socket was taken off my old ATX power supply. I also added a button housing that relocates the power button to the top of the printer. The button I used is a 16mm illuminated on/off switch I bought from Adafruit.com. The button housing also has a place for two allen wrenches. One wrench fits my gregs extruder and the other fits the grub screw on my E3D V5.
