As in the description, it's the easy-to-lose battery cover to the HealthMiles' Gozone pedometer. Ah, what the heck; included the version with the coin slot so you can tighten the cover with a quarter (HealthMiles3) along with the thumb-tighten only version (HealthMiles2).
