Spring-loaded Replicator 1 Drive Block - remix

This is a derivation of the "Spring-loaded Replicator 1 Drive Block" by ivc. There was also another remix from this same designs which I liked the levers better. But from the original prefer the easy to remove tab for the motor opening; Also the other remix alignment from bearing to extruder gear seems to be 1mm off (at least for me);

Changes:
1) Remove bearing pivot as it broke for me a few times, replaced with a 2.5mm screw-hole and using 10mm M3 screw.
