Zortrax M200 longer and narrower spool holder

I redesigned the spool holder for the Zortrax M200 so OEM rolls don't scrape on the back of the machine. The extra length also allows for after market rolls. The thinner one suits Taulman3D rolls with a much smaller centre hole.
The thin holder is strong enough for any after market roll, but thought I would include a more "stock" looking one as well.
