It doesn't work as well though. Instructions to operate are on the shapeways page for this object (mine works the same)
Siphon liquids with ease! This is designed to siphon liquids as soon as you place this over the edge of a full glass of water. You must fully submerge the bulb at one end of the arch for it to work.
