Bracket for Adafruit Medium 16x32 RGB LED matrix panel

This is a bracket that will fit the Adafruit Medium 16x32 RGB LED matrix panel (https://www.adafruit.com/products/420) so it can be secured from the front of the display to an enclosure rather than from the back.
