BulletHD-Lite mount for Pro-tec helmet

Created this mount as I was given a change to use one of these action cameras.

Basically Insert the cylindrical piece through the helmets center "air" hole, and use M8 countersink screw to hold everything in place. Parts are held in place with 2.5mmx13mm and 3mmx15mm woodscrews.

Also add a piece of rubber between the mount and the helmet to give it some friction.

Thumbscrew uses a long M4 screw and a modded M4 nut, and the screws in the camera tightener itself are M4
