Pill cutter enhanced to cut thirds...

This is a complete redesign, though the idea did come from the Pill Cutter designed by ReplikaPrinting. So, my wife is always having me cut a particular medication of hers into a 1/3rd and 2/3rds section to allow her to take 2/3rds of a dose. I found the original Pill Cutter here on Thingiverse and gave a lot of thought as to how I could modify it. I modified the tiered pill size to be a ramp to support all size pills (for the most part). I also removed old models to avoid any confusion. I
