E3D Clamp for DaVinci Jr. 1.0 with Integrated Fan Mount

For use with kr15_uk's E3D mount for the DaVinci Jr. 1.0 (Found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1724209 )

I print materials that don't require cooling on my DaVinci Jr. 1.0 (converted to RAMPS) so I wanted a fan mount that didn't have part cooling but also had an integrated clamp for my mount plate.
