Anet A2 Plus - Anet to Ramps 1.4 Conversion

Changes I had to make to use Ramps 1.4:
Change the endstop plug from 3 to 2 pin (I used jumper wires at the moment)
swap pins on the stepper motor to match ramps diagram (I'm horrible about removing pins without damaging them so I ordered replacement)
replace thermisistor connector with 2 pin jst connector
replaced anet lcd with smartcontroller lcd (probably didn't have to but I had already bought it before anet firmware was fully integrated into Marlin)
