remixed fooyabt for Y and X belts

I really liked the fooyabt belt tensioner but my bed tray is only a few mm off the extrusion so it would hit the tensioner and shave off about 5mm of Y space so I went to mesh mixer and made it flush with 2040 rail I use the fooyabt belt tensioner for my x and love it

I added an X belt case that I originally made for the CR-10 but as I was trying to maximize the build volume the standard belt tensioner case cut a few mm's off the X also I use to use washers to fill the space between th
