Prusa i3 MK2S x-end-motor

Original Prusa i3 MK2S "x-end-motor" modified for outer diam.22mm T8 nut.
There are two versions:
- AWD is with **A**nti-**W**obble adapted for **D**ondolo (with endstop seat);
- OT22 is similar to Prusa original one but without endstop seat.

**- endstop seat is designed to work with Dondolo (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:673816)**
**- I removed chain holder because I don't like Z reduced limits, I think I'll move it to Z.**
**- I saved previous designs in zip file**
