Printrbot direct drive filament guide PLUS fan bracket

I was having problems with jams, so I tried the filament guide, however I believe heat creep was the core problem, so I modified the filament guide to also support a small 12V fan I had (same hole pattern as the stepper motor) and added a switch to control it; the other end of the cable goes to one of the unused power sockets on the ATX supply.

The switch was an afterthought, so I drilled the holes for it.
