This is the 3d printed water driven eductor.

If you need capacity ratio 0.8 : 1 (0.8 part of driven water to 1 part of sucted water) - reduce nozzle diameter to 1 mm. But same way you will reduce pumping capacity. If you need so - post comment and I will add corrected STL model or print out current and insert into the nozzle small piece of pvc or ptfe pipe outer dia 3 mm, inner 1-1.5 mm.
