Surface Pen 2017 Holder

UPDATE: .f3d file has been uploaded and modified. After some intense use for over a year, The grip isn't holding the pen perfectly. So, I modified the grip holding technique. I did not print a new one, but it should work better. If any problem arises, I would reprint at 98% scale.

The f3d file has V1 (intial verison) and V2 with the untested new grip pattern.
