Joyetech eGo AIO e-cigarette Addons

I was tired of having my Joyetech eGo AIO e-cigarette lying flat while charging and falling around my shirt pockets. Since it is so portable I decided to make a clip/glass protector as well as a simple stand to hold it while charging. The sleeve clip achieves several goals; Keep my eGo upright in a pocket, protect the glass in case of a drop, and prevent button presses when in a pocket (happens a lot i.m.e).
