GoPro Offset Bottle Cage Mount

Remix of the bottle cage mount. Moved the position of the gopro to be 1" offset and at 45* to the mount. This should allow (I havent test fit with the camera yet) the go pro to peak around the downtube of the bike. Bolt spacing is 2.5" per standard bottle cage mount.
