Open top Pegboard canning jar lid mount

Remix of twobraid's lid so you dont have to unscrew it to drop things in. The mounting piece is unchanged.

This is probably for a standard size mason jar, with 2 3⁄8 in (60 mm) inner and 2 3⁄4 in (70 mm) outer diameter.
