Small Heat Bed Adjustment Knobs for Creality CR-10S4

The Creality CR-10S4 (which is the larger version of the CR-10 with a 400 x 400 x 400mm build volume) has a different construction than the normal CR-10, so the large wagon-wheel-style bed adjustment knobs that are so popular with CR-10 owners won't work. Since the standard knobs are pretty uncomfortable to use, I decided to design some more comfortable ones that will fit the S4. Just remove the knobs that came with the printer and press fit them firmly into these knobs.
