Hex Terrain City Set 2

Introducing the urban tile set 2 designed to work with all your old HeroScape hexagon tiles! I decided to make them tile toppers rather than full blown locking tiles so that you can plop them down wherever you want and then move them mid game without having to rip up all the tiles around it. Let's say you have a Hulk that wants to chuck a food cart at Thor? Simply pick up the cart and move it to the desired destination! (I also included the files for no hex base in case you wanted to add them to
