M3 Wingnut handscrew

Minimized design of M3 wingnut to handscrew conversion. Adds slightly height to normal Wingnut (model height is 10mm). But pretty much as small as can be diameter vise.

Only found too short models or ones that don't hold wingnut in place (=goes through the model)
