Fitbit Force rash preventer

I have a Fitbit Force and love it but unfortunately have succumbed to the dreaded rash. I threw this together in Sketchup to see if it would protect against the rash. It just fits on the back of the wristband - the little protrusion should fit into the charging port.

I printed one (v7) and it fits the Fitbit Force perfectly. It didn't prevent my rash as I think my problem is with the screws and it's harder to cover those. This comes with no guarantees that it will prevent the skin reactio
