Lulzbot Taz 5 Combo Extruder Mount for Bltouch

Uses slightly smaller 5mm heat inserts. "Final", i.e. working, version is now done! Print out all parts and assemble. At least one "flat taz bed clip countersink" is *required* for the front-left clip, if you don't do this things WILL break. X & Y offsets are set in the firmware, however you will need to set Z offset manually since I use a different nozzle.

Added "taz5 solid bed clamp" as a better alternative to either bed clip
