Tracer Chronal Accelerator(Chestpiece)

This is a multipiece design based off of the Blizzard Reference Kit. Rings are definitely optional, but can add a nice touch to the finished product. I've included the main chest piece with and without the center "bubble" in case you want to make modifications, use lights etc.

The holes on the side are to allow for 4 straps to be fed through for cosplay attachment.
