Duet3d Filiment monitor sensor Version 2

This is for the Duet3d Filament sensor that is currently in beta. It has an area to mount the board and mount the sensor with hob. The filament is held in place against the hob via the 623zz bearing and bed level spring. This is in progress design some change may need to be made.
