More-foldable adjustable tablet stand

The tablet stand by FruityPebbles is flat, so it prints more-cleanly than the (wonderful) original by bcpower1. But it doesn't fold up all the way, so I shortened the Frame piece from 80mm to 65mm.

I've posted both my modified stl and the .3mf (multi-part file for Microsoft's 3D Builder app) in case somebody wants to mess with the length more easily.

(The Hooks and Base files here are unmodified from FruityPebbles's version; I'm just republishing those for the downloader's convenience.)
