Bubble Wheel

So for Halloween every year we try to come up with something new. This time around it's 5 bubble cannons and some really bright red LED flood lights (from eBay). This wheel is the result of a bit of research on what makes a good bubble.

Tap the center hole with an 8-32 tap, attach to the rotating widget of your choice, point a very low power blower at the holes and dip the bottom of the wheel in a big vat of bubble juice.
