Anet A8 Diagonal reinforcement & top plate in one part

I didn't like the look of the brackets holding the diagonal rods but they really improved my prints. Especcially they reduce wobbling a lot and increase stability.
I simply took the top bracket by grantp69 and the diagonal top parts by photoberto and made them one part.
