This is third step of my fan-upgrade project.

The purpose of this project is to give a second life to an old noisy 80*25mm fan often used in computers etc.
The idea is to cut central holding plate (motor legs) of your noizy 80mm fan and attach it to central pad of 3D printed body with double-sided adhesive foam (tape) or flexible glue.
Foam/glue will catch fan's vibrations and you'll get new silent turbine-b
