Prusa mendel i2 x carriage hot end 40mm fan mount

after i switched to j head hotend, i have been experiencing jamming issue when material feed is slow. it turned out to be heat building up on the body of the hot end and plastic melting in the body causing jamming.
couldn't find a fan mount that fits my printer so i made this.
