AM8 Housing for Arduino + Ramps + Raspberry Pi B+ with 140mm Fan

Remix of a remix. I wanted a case to hold both my RAMPs/Arduino combo as well as my Raspberry Pi so i could mount it on my AM8 2040 Extrusion frame but none were out there that i like and was all in one small package and others i felt didn't breath enough. I added holes for the bolts to mount to the aluminum extrusion frame and added more vents into the walls as well as closed the back of the originals. It is HIGHLY recommended to use a fan with this case due to the need of getting rid of heat.
