Scanned with MakerBot Digitizer - triple scan. Piece from a complete set originally scanned by the National Museums of Scotland and reproduced in resin from the ancient originals. Notice the wavy pattern on his shield, which I think may be worse than after the first scan. (Local library whose MakerBot Digitizer I used has the multiple scan capability, which was one of the things I wanted to explore with the Lewis chessmen.)
