perma proto case remixed for thermometer

I remixed the case. In order to get this printed, they needed it a little thicker. 1mm requirement from shapeways. I then made 2 holes in the bottom for usb and temperature sensor cable. The top also has a mix for a screen on one side. Screen hole could be smaller, as I only use a 0.96" screen.
